Site visit, East Approach Slab

 Contractor was ready to pour East Approach when I arrived at 2:07, First truck arrived at 3. After checking it, it was to wet and contractor ejected it. Next truck arrived at 3:15. I tested the concrete: Slump 3, Air 1.5%-5.5% after adding Air, Temp 68°. Made three cylinders, pour went good.
